Is this a subscription?

No. Each pass is a one-time payment for a fixed number of days. Nothing renews automatically.

What happens if I buy while a pass is active?

The new days are added to the end of your current pass. A 6-Month Pass with 72 days left plus a 30-Day Pass gives you 102 days. A free trial does not stack: a paid pass replaces it.

Do all passes include every model?

Every paid pass unlocks every model in the catalog. The free trial covers a smaller set of trial models.

What happens when my pass ends?

Requests with your key stop working until you buy another pass. Your key and settings stay as they are.

Access is digital and available immediately, so payments are final. If a technical fault on our side stopped you from using a pass you paid for, contact us and we will make it right.

http://192.168.1.55/v1, with your cozy_ key as a Bearer token. Your client adds /chat/completions itself.

Do I need a different key per model?

No. One key works for every model. Change only the model field.

Does streaming work?

Yes. Set "stream": true and read the server-sent event stream exactly as you would from the OpenAI API.

What happens when a model is rate limited?

You get a 429 response. Wait a moment and retry with backoff, or switch to another model by changing the alias.

Is my API key secure?

We only store a hash of your key. The key itself is shown once when it is created and cannot be retrieved again.

How do I rotate my API key?

Regenerate it from the API keys page in your dashboard. The old key stops working immediately and the new one keeps the rest of your pass.

What do you store about my requests?

Request metadata such as the model, time and token counts, so your usage can be shown to you. The privacy policy covers this in detail.
